The hotel is conveniently located near old town and has good air conditioning.
I was very disappointed with my stay at Lantana Boutique Hoi An Hotel. The breakfast area was uncomfortably hot without proper air conditioning, which made dining very unpleasant. Additionally, the staff seemed uninterested in accommodating requests during this heat, leaving guests to suffer in the sweltering weather.

Had an awesome 4-night experience in a Luxury Double or Twin Room. It had a balcony with river views, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Spa facilities were top-notch. I loved the couples massage and the heated pool. Breakfast was diverse with vegetarian options. Staff were super helpful and engaging.
